Meeting Professionals International Convene at Villa Graziadio

On May 11, 2004, Villa Graziadio Executive Center hosted the monthly program of The Southern California Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPISCC). The keynote presentation, "Authentic Leadership - The Confidence Connection," was given by Jane Sanders in Villa Graziadio's beautiful United Nations style conference room, #180.

MPISCC is a non-profit California corporation. Its objectives are to promote opportunities for professional education and skills enhancement; to promote meeting planning and meeting management as a profession; and to provide a forum for the exchange of information amongst those involved in the meetings industry.

The chapter includes senior planners with site selection authority from Amgen, Boeing, California Association of Realtors, Capital Group Companies, Cardinal Health, DirecTV, Epson, General Motors, Heidrick & Struggles, Honeywell, Kaiser Permanente, KPMG, Mattel, Nestle, PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Rand, Sempra Energy, Sprint, State Farm, Ticketmaster, and TRW.
